You've probably worked with an agency where the person who pitched you disappeared the moment the contract was signed. We do not work like that. You get us, start to finish.

Tandem is Teagan and Emma. Teagan leads the operations and strategy from Dubai. Emma leads the creative from Cape Town. She came up through one of the world's most awarded agencies, picked up a few awards of her own, and now works full-time in AI production.

Two cities, one studio. Cross-border reach was built into the structure from day one.
